If you do not explicitly cancel the automatic renewal service during the subscription period, the next subscription period's service fee will be automatically deducted from your account balance. This will extend the membership validity period. Please ensure your account has sufficient funds to cover the fee.
The subscription period does not have an expiry date unless you cancel the cloud plan subscription.
Puwell reserves the right to adjust service prices. If there is a price adjustment, advance notice will be given. If you do not agree with the adjustment, you can cancel the automatic renewal service. However, if you do not cancel and the subscription renews within 24 hours of the expiration period, the next subscription period's fee will be based on the adjusted service fee.
To unsubscribe from the automatic renewal service, follow these steps based on your payment method:
Puwell reserves the right to stop providing automatic renewal services based on its operating strategy. If this happens, your Cloud Plan service will end when your current subscription period expires.
