The ugoho.me video service offers real-time and historical video viewing capabilities for homes, shops, and other locations. The cloud server's global deployment ensures strong security, with all pictures and videos encrypted to protect privacy.

The ugoho.me app sends notifications when movement is detected, allowing users to see, hear, and speak to anyone from their iPhone or iPad, no matter where they are.

ugoho.me cameras also feature advanced motion detection, allowing users to focus on the most important areas. With a subscription to the cloud plan, all videos are securely saved, even in the event of camera damage or theft. Additionally, users can share their camera's live view with others at any time.

Automatic Renewal Service Rules:

If you choose to subscribe to the Cloud Plan automatic renewal service, you are agreeing to the following rules:

1. If you do not explicitly cancel the automatic renewal service during the subscription period, the next subscription period's service fee will be automatically deducted from your account balance. This will extend the membership validity period. Please ensure your account has sufficient funds to cover the fee.
2. The subscription period does not have an expiry date unless you cancel the cloud plan subscription.
3. Puwell reserves the right to adjust service prices. If there is a price adjustment, advance notice will be given. If you do not agree with the adjustment, you can cancel the automatic renewal service. However, if you do not cancel and the subscription renews within 24 hours of the expiration period, the next subscription period's fee will be based on the adjusted service fee.
4. To unsubscribe from the automatic renewal service, follow these steps based on your payment method:
Apple in-app payment (IAP): Open the Apple phone settings, go to "iTunes Store and App Store," select "Apple ID," then "View Apple ID" and "Account Settings." From there, click "Subscribe" and select your Cloud Plan subscription to cancel it.
5. Puwell reserves the right to stop providing automatic renewal services based on its operating strategy. If this happens, your Cloud Plan service will end when your current subscription period expires.
